My scores disappeared
Scores sync to your account, not to your device. If you played signed out, reinstalled the app, or switched phones, the old progress stays on the original device. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used before and your best score, streak and leaderboard position come back.
My streak reset
A streak needs at least one game every day. Miss a full day and it goes back to zero. Days roll over at midnight in your device time zone, so travelling across time zones can end a streak earlier than you expect. If you believe a streak was lost in error, write to us with the dates and we will look at the record.
A game code will not work
Game codes are six characters and are not case sensitive. Check for a confused 0 and O, or 1 and I — we leave the most confusable characters out of codes, but a code copied by hand can still go wrong. Ask your friend to send it again using Copy challenge, which puts the exact text on their clipboard.
Someone is cheating or using an offensive name
Tell us the display name and roughly when you saw it, and we will investigate. We can remove scores, reset a name, and suspend accounts. Reports are confidential.
I want to change my display name
Tap your avatar in the top right of the game, then edit the name field in Settings. It updates on the leaderboard right away.
I want to delete my account
You can delete your account and everything attached to it, without contacting us. Full instructions are on our data deletion page.
Accessibility and feedback
If something in Bloxxit is hard to use — contrast, motion, target sizes, anything — we want to hear about it. Feature requests are welcome at the same address.
